A new approach to lebanese cuisine, Balila is the Hôtel Longemalle’s chic and casual restaurant. Prepare to surprise your tastebuds with flavours of the East revisited from a unique Western perspective, all to be enjoyed inside the restaurant’s dining room or on the sumptuous terrace overlooking the place Longemalle. Tahini dressing, a pinch of spice and fresh pomegranate add a special flavour to the dishes, a harmony created by the lebanese chef Hussein Hadid, a key player in world cuisine and renowned for being associated with some of the world’s top restaurants.
